Are all hats the same size?

Unless otherwise noted, all hats are adjustable in size. The average size range from 56cm-58cm. Larger options (59cm to 61cm) are available upon request.

Are the hats only for men or women?

The majority of our hats are unisex (for both men and women). Gender-specific hats will be specified in the description.

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, we will not bear the responsibility for damages that occur during transit. We will take every precaution to ensure that your item(s) are packaged carefully to avoid any damages.

How will I know when I will receive my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent to the form of notification you provide in order to follow the status of your shipment.
